*I needed to define some terms for all who view this website, they are "Exploitive Gambling" versus "Gambling":

"Exploitive" or "Exploitative" is defined by Merriam Webster Dictionary as, "...unfairly or cynically using another person or group for profit or advantage." 

I am suing these casinos because of the "Exploitative Gambling" techniques used by the various casinos.  I am not suing because I gambled, lost and want my money back! 

They knew I had an addiction and used it to their advantage.  They even tried to arrest my parents when they came to get me at Bally's Casino.  You just cannot do things like that, when someone's parents are yelling that "my daughter has a serious addiction and needs to get help" you let the person go with their family, not usher her back into the casino!

Thank you for visiting this site and helping us promote a safer gaming arena for our families and friends!

I started this website so that people could view my lawsuit without having to pay for it or go to the courthouse to view it.

I wanted people to see the arguments, see the casinos' responses and understand that they have no accountability with anyone once you enter a gaming facility... that has to change!

Our children are entering these casinos, our spouses are gambling away their money, our elderly are squandering their retirement savings and worst of all, the casinos are "turning a blind eye" to our losses!

I want you to read the complaint, read some casino responses... copy the complaint and start your own if you have a similar situation, let's get these guys into court and let the court system evolve by overwhelming it with cases and caselaw!
